For the Parents

The transformative learning process at Scholar's Prep is designed to help our students grow both in and out of the classroom. Each day is filled with opportunities to experience new educational and social situations to further development. Our teachers create a safe and open setting, where they can guide students in exploring the world around them.

2025-26 School Calendar

An academic calendar is to keep students, faculty, and staff reminded of key dates throughout the academic semester and year. Please view SPA 2025-26 school year calendar.

Lunch Schedule

Students are expected to bring their own lunch to school each day. If a student arrives without lunch, Scholar's Prep Academy will have substitute options available. While we’re excited to offer this new service, we understand that some students may have food allergies or dietary preferences. A food allergy / dietary restriction from will be sent home for parents/ guardians to complete to it's entirety for each of their students. Fridays will be dedicated to Home Economics Day, where students will have the opportunity to prepare and enjoy different meals each week as part of our hands-on learning experience. We do have refrigerators and microwaves for students to keep their items cool and warm up.

We’re committed to supporting the health and well-being of every scholar!
